Mills 45 High Performance Now Under Construction

We've just begun construction on a high-performance Mills 45 race boat mast at our Auckland factory. With a mast made out of ultra high modulus and fibre that is .15 of a millimetre thick for specific laminate placement, optimal stiffness and weight reduction, this, combined with Hall's seamless technology, is set to give the best performing mast tube available.

Investment into Hall Spars NZ facility

As Hall Spars NZ's order book continues to grow we have made significant investment into the Auckland facility, including the recent completion of a new mezzanine workspace above the factory. This new area has afforded us 351m2 of much needed additional production space and will accommodate a 26m carbon plotter and cordage solutions complete with a test bed and custom composite components area. The new space is now fully operational and we are pleased to be able to make use of the added capacity this has afforded us.

Strong results for Hall-equipped yachts in the Jack Tar Auckland Regatta 2015

The 2015 edition of the Jack Tar Auckland regatta saw nearly 70 yachts take to the water across nine divisions. There were some excellent results for the Hall-equipped competitors, with results including first on line and handicap in Division A for Mayhem, first on line in Division M for Foiled and first in Division N for Dirty Deeds.
